After a 20 plus year career in Human Resources, I decided shortly after my first grandchild was born to transition to Home Childcare. As a mother (and now as a grandmother), I know how important a strong foundation in Early Educational Learning and Development is and continues to be for preschool children. For the last 10 years, I have been providing those childcare services to local parents for their “Little Ones” including all of my grandchildren.

Currently, I am continuing to offer my services to parents who are seeking childcare. Additionally, I have a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development and Business Management. Elizabeth-Grace is licensed through Rutherford County and we follow the educational standards for Tennessee schools as well as health and safety guidelines.
